A family-owned investment and business development project

Mirai began its journey in 2019 when, based on the experience and knowledge in industrial business management accumulated by the founding team, we created an investment company with a business model based on the acquisition of companies that are already excellent, but still with the capacity for improvement. Thus, the challenge is twofold: first, to identify and acquire excellent companies and, second, to be able to make them even better. We trust that the latter is possible if we strengthen them financially, provide them with new management tools, exploit their technological capabilities and reinforce the talent that accompanies them.

To sort all this out, we have established a “buy, hold & develop” strategy that aims to maximize the value of our companies by developing even more successful, robust and sustainable entities in the long term.

Following this route, in recent years, we have developed an intense M&A activity and created a portfolio of companies in diversified businesses that have proven to be hidden champions in their market segments, which is why from Mirai we allow them the greatest possible operational autonomy. With our own know-how, we support them so that the things they do well make them even better and to maintain their excellent performance in the long term.
